Budweiser Brickhouse Tavern

I was directed to park in the parking garage located in the Zachary hotel for a discount prices if I dined in a restaurant in Gallagher Way. After dining I asked the waitress about validation of parking she said she'd ask her manager. She never returned with an answer. As we were leaving out I asked one of the security who directed me to the "manager" Christine. She was very rude and blew me off when I asked her about the parking validation. She didn't even let me finish asking about it before she started yelling and being rude. First she said they don't do it. I said it's on the website then she changed the answer to they only did that for a month and it shouldn't be on the site. I asked to speak with someone above her and she refused to answer. My party of 7 people were in no way rude nor disrespectful to anyone during our dining experience. As we were exiting Christine, our waitress (never told us her name) and 2 more staff where standing on the outside rooftop pointing down on us like we did something wrong . I didn't appreciate the treatment that I received at this point and will not return.

I came in for my best friend's birthday. This was amazing. The place is pretty. Stairs are beautiful. Our waitress was a pretty red head. Very nice girl. Excellent service on her part. The pomegranate lemon drop should be apart of the brunch menu. That was delicious. The desserts were absolutely amazing. Not too sweet and some being boozy definitely helped with our mimosas. The brunch was delicious as well. Fresh waffles, omelet station, brisket. All around amusing experience. We have all decided we'll definitely be back for brunch.

I came here for brunch with my family to celebrate my 21st birthday. I had an AMAZING time here as well did all of my family. Our server June, was an absolute angel. She really made my whole day by being attentive and giving us amazing service. She gave me some great drink recommendations that were spot on! For the price and the bottomless mimosas it was definitely worth it here. The gratuity can get pretty expensive if you have a big party but June definitely deserved every dollar of it. The inside was amazing and beautiful, perfect for photos. I cant wait to come back during the summer when the patio is open. The food was good. I loved the waffle and pancake station. They had a-lot of options from mini sliders hotdogs and chicken sandwiches to salads, nachos, regular and buffalo mac and cheese. A byo omelet and waffle station. Many different kinds of meat and fresh cut brisket. They also had chicken and waffles, yogurts and parfaits. It was an amazing experience and will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommend!!
